Orders typically take 3–8 business days to arrive within the USA and 3–12 business days for international destinations. Please note that processing time (3–5 business days) is separate from shipping time. During holidays or promotional periods, both processing and shipping may take a bit longer. We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Please note that sale items, gift cards, perishable goods, custom items, and personal care products are not eligible for return. If you have any issues with your order (e.g. damaged or incorrect items), contact us right away so we can make it right.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can use this to monitor your shipment online.
